Jonathan Zuromski spent nearly a decade as a top-producing real estate agent. Frustrated by the inefficiencies of traditional lead follow-up, Jonathan developed a system to track, nurture, and convert leads more effectively—guiding buyers and sellers from their initial interest all the way to closing. His system helped him stand out in a competitive market, and now it forms the core of UHF’s smart lead management process.

David Garofalo brings 18 years of experience as one of Connecticut’s leading mortgage professionals. He consistently ranked among the top five loan officers in the state, having originated over $1 billion in mortgage loans. David left loan origination to co-build United Home Finder, with a clear mission: to redefine the lender-agent relationship. His goal is to help loan officers become true partners in the real estate transaction—not just vendors.
